Meet Lauren!
Hello there! My name is Lauren Burdsall and I am one of the dedicated co-owners and certified trainers here at camp. Working with dogs has always been my dream job and now it is a reality. What could be better than saying “I get to work with dogs for a living”? Not much, in my opinion!
My journey began as a child with a deep connection with all sorts of furry creatures. I just needed to figure out how to turn my love for animals into a career. I received my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and started Cloud K9 Services which is a 10+ year successful dog walking and pet sitting business. I built strong bonds with countless pets (including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, pigs, rabbits, horses, chickens, reptiles, and more) and their human counterparts. I honed my skills and knowledge through experience, as well as acquiring certifications for Dog Training and Dog Daycare, Animal First Aid, and CPR through Animal Behavior College and learned how to groom to offer even more services to my clients. I plan to continuously further my education in the animal world to ensure I offer the best to not only my human clients but for my four-legged clients too. This wealth of experience and my passion forms the foundation of our daycare, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for every dog in our care.
Currently, I am a dog mom to a big, old mutt, Tucker, who’s favorite pastimes are swimming and anything with food. I also have three very loveable kitties, Orleans, Zoe, and Augi. Last, but certainly not least, I have a horse named Sam who I enjoy riding in my spare time.
